Every year, I try to paint at least one full sheet (2' x 2.5') watercolor to really showcase where I'm at with my art, as well as to practice "stitching" together the individual illustration components that each painting contains.
Partio
2024 • The Party On the Patio (or "Partio" to locals) is a Summer music series by the Waterhole often held outdoors. Locals dance and drink their cheap beers as they listen to the local indie bands perform.The band playing in this illustration is "Funk You" who plays annually at Partio. A run of individually stamped and numbered prints were created from this and sold in partnership with the Waterhole.
A Fantasy Map
2023 • I used the rice-pour & outline method to create a completely original fantasy map. I've long been intrigued by fantasy maps that often accompany my favorite genre of books, and have always wanted to try my hand at making one. Book series that inspired me include The Inheritance Cycle, Lord of the Rings, A Song of Ice and Fire, and The Empyrean Series.

Atlas Mtn - Original Among Us Map Design
2021 • I designed a completely original map for the popular social deduction game, Among Us. This game was incredibly popular during the pandemic, and I loved having Twitch streams of the gameplay going while I painted to keep me company in a particularly dark year of my life. This design was submitted as a prospective map for the Hafu x 5up Among Us Map Design Competition.
